Spicy Stuffed Potatoes with Carolina Reaper Sauce

Doctor Salsas Carolina Reaper Sauce
● 4 large potatoes
● 150 grams minced pork
● 150 grams minced beef
● 1 apple
● 1 spring onion
● 1 red tomato
● 1 green pepper
● Juice of 1/2 lemon
● 20 grams butter
● 50 millilitres milk
● 2 sprigs parsley
● Olive oil
● Pepper.


  • Step:1

Preheat the oven to 200º. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake in the oven for 55 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan with olive oil, add the onion and pepper and then the tomato and grated apple and sauté. Finally add the minced meat, Dr. Salsas Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce, parsley. Stir.

  • Step:3

Remove the potatoes from the oven. Cut them in half and scoop them out with a teaspoon. Add the filling to a bowl and pour in the semi-melted butter, hot milk and pepper. Mix.

  • Step:4

Fill the potatoes with the meat and vegetables fried in the frying pan and with the potato stuffing. Add grated cheese on top and grill in the oven for about 5 minutes.

To make the stripes of mashed potatoes stand out and the effect is even more striking, brush them with beaten egg yolk before grilling them. They will have a super golden colour.
