In accordance with current personal data protection law, by reading this Privacy Policy, you are informed of the following:

1 WHO WILL PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

DR SALSAS, as the data controller, collects, processes and protects the personal data provided by users through the doctorsalsas.com website (hereinafter, the “Website”).

2 FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT BASIS OF LEGITIMACY WILL PERSONAL DATA BE PROCESSED?

The personal data collected will be processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the purposes and on the basis of the legitimacy indicated below:

3 WHAT DATA WILL BE PROCESSED?

In accordance with the purposes listed above, the Controller will process the following types of data, which are provided voluntarily:

Identification and registration data: forename, surname, company, user, password, date of birth.

Contact details: email address, telephone.

Purchase process data: products, address, associated discount codes.

Other: any other information you wish to provide.

The user is responsible for the veracity of all the data that he/she communicates and will keep the information provided suitably updated, so that it is consistent with his/her real situation.

In the event that the user provides data of a third party, he/she declares that he/she has the consent of the third party and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the third party.

The user shall be liable for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damages, direct or indirect, that this may cause to the Controller or to third parties.

4 OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the data requested are obligatory in order to carry out the purposes described, so that refusal to provide them may make it impossible for the Data Controller to fulfil them.

5 HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP USER DATA?

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, unless the user requests the erasure of their data beforehand, in which case the Data Controller will not be able to fulfil the purposes indicated.

6 WITH WHOM WILL USER DATA BE SHARED?

The user’s data may be communicated by the Data Controller to Salsas y Especias de Sierra Nevada, S.L., with registered address at Calle Salamanca, nº 54B (Polígono Tecnológico), 18151 Ogijares, Granada, for the purpose of commercial promotion of DR SALSAS products, in order to deduplicate the users’ data, so that they do not receive duplicate commercial communications.

Communications to promote the image of DR SALSAS about products and services similar to those contracted are carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, recognised by data protection regulations in the fulfilment of these purposes.

The Data Controller also relies on the cooperation of third party service providers who may have access to your personal data and who will process the data in its name and on its behalf, as a result of the provision of services.

The Data Controller follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers in order to fulfil its data protection obligations and undertakes to sign the corresponding data processing contract with them, which will guarantee that the third parties with whom it contracts comply with the applicable regulations and that, under no circumstances, will they process the data to which they have access for purposes other than those indicated by the Data Controller.

7 EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The personal data of the user will be treated by the Data Controller with absolute confidentiality. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with data protection regulations, any user who provides personal data has the right to:

Revoke their consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.

Access their personal data.

Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of the processing of the data when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.

Request the portability of their data.

Object to the processing of data where appropriate.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the data subject must send their request in writing to the address indicated in the heading of this Policy or via the email address provided for this purpose, lopd@doctorsalsas.com, attaching a copy of their National ID, Foreign ID Number issued in Spain or Passport, for identification purposes.

Furthermore, if the data subject considers that the Data Controller has infringed any of the rights conferred on him/her by the applicable data protection regulations, he/she may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8 SECURITY MEASURES

In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, we inform you that the Data Controller has taken all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data provided. All of this is to prevent their alteration, loss and/or unauthorised processing or access, as required by law, although there is no such thing as absolute security.

Furthermore, the Data Controller informs you that all its staff, whatever the stage of processing in which they are involved, have undertaken to process your personal data with the utmost care, secrecy and confidentiality and that it will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection law.
