Chili Dogs with Carolina Reaper

Sofa, blanket and movie night? What better option than some bold chili dogs.
Easy to prepare and very, very spicy.
Do you dare to challenge the Carolina Reaper?


  • Doctor Salsas Carolina Reaper Sauce
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 sausages
  • Minced veal 350g
  • ½ can of crushed tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato puree


  • Step:1

In a frying pan with olive oil, add the chopped onion and fry until soft. Then add the garlic and a teaspoon of cumin seeds and stir.

  • Step:2

Turn up the heat, add the minced meat, pepper, tomato purée and cook for a few minutes. Add Doctor Salsas Carolina Reaper Sauce. Finish by adding crushed tomatoes, a touch of oregano and a pinch of sugar.

  • Step:3

Boil the sausages for a few minutes and once they are ready, put them on the hot dog bun along with a good spoonful of chili meat.
