Prawn Cocktail with Habanero Sauce

Don’t tell us that the Prawn Cocktail is not the typical sure hit at Christmas dinners that are just around the corner!
A spicy starter with a unique citrus flavour to enjoy with your loved ones in a very daring evening.

Doctor Salsas Habanero Sauce
● 200 g raw prawns
● 1 tomato
● ¼ onion
● A few leaves of fresh parsley
● Half an avocado
● 1 lemon
● Olive oil
● Ground black pepper


  • Step:1

Sauté the onion for 2 minutes in a frying pan with olive oil.
Add a few parsley leaves and a seedless tomato cut into cubes.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes over low heat

  • Step:2

Add the prawns (peeled) and a tablespoon of Dr. Salsas Habanero or Carolina Reaper Sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Step:3

Cut up an avocado, place it in a glass, add the juice of half a lemon. Place the cold prawn preparation on top.
