Marinated Chicken Tacos with Pineapple and Jalapeño Sauce

Doctor Salsas Jalapeño Sauce
Doctor Salsas Fajita Seasoning
● 1 chicken breast
● Juice of 1 orange
● Olive oil
● Taco shells
● 4 pineapple slices
● Guacamole
● Red onion
● Coriander
● Lime


  • Step:1

Boil the chicken breast for 35 minutes. Crumble it and add the orange juice and a generous spoonful of Dr. Salsas fajita spices. Add olive oil and emulsify.

Add Dr. Salsas Jalapeño Sauce to taste and stir. Stir into the chicken until juicy and set aside. Brown the diced pineapple in the pan.
