Chicken Lasagne with Chipotle Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Doctor Salsas Chipotle Sauce
● 2 chicken breasts
● 1 onion
● 2 carrots
● Lasagne pasta sheets
● 1 Italian green pepper
● 1 courgette
● 2 tablespoons tomato sauce concentrate
● 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
● Sultanas
● Béchamel sauce
● Cheese for grilling

RECIPE

  • Step:1

Cook the vegetables in a large frying pan, when they are soft add the chicken breasts cut into small pieces and Doctor Salsas Chipotle Sauce to taste.

  • Step:2

Let it brown a little, add the tomato, sultanas and coconut milk and cook until it thickens and becomes creamy.

  • Step:3

Grease a baking dish with butter, place a layer of lasagne sheets, cover with the chicken in a layer and repeat this procedure three times. Finally, cover with béchamel sauce, add gratin cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
